今までリリースされた３枚のベストアルバム
（Greatest Hits Volume I, Volume II, Volume III）に、
アメリカで行われたQ&Aセッションのインタビューと
未発表のライブバージョンの曲が収録されたCDを加えた
CD４枚組のボックスセット。
特に４枚目のCDには、１つのQ&Aが終わるごとに
その内容に関連する曲のライブバージョンが入っているので、
曲を聴きながら背景を結びつけることができる。
冊子も各ページがノートに書かれたBilly Joel直筆の歌詞が
背景になっており、輸入盤のボックスセットには珍しく
Greatest Hits Volume I、Volume II、Volume IIIに収録されている曲については
全曲歌詞もついているのがファンにはうれしい限り。
ただし、Q&Aの詳細内容については冊子に書かれていないのと、
Greatest Hits Volume IIの日本盤に収録されている
Honestyの代わりにDon't Ask Me Whyが収録されているので、
Honestyを聴きたい方はご注意を。

ビリージョエルのベストは数多く世に出ていますが、このＣＤが他と違うのは、４枚目にライブが含まれていること。しかも会場のファンとの掛け合いで、彼の音楽観が語られています。圧巻はイタリアンレストランでしょうか。会場の至福の雰囲気が伝わってくるようです。残りの３枚もつぼを押さえた選曲で、ビギナーも昔から聞いている人も、みんなが満足する１枚です。
